Standard Delivery
Delivery is handled by a third party pallet delivery company, You will be contacted by one of our team to arrange your delivery. Please ensure you provide a valid telephone number within your delivery information.
Deliveries are strictly kerbside, all products are shipped on a pallet, the customer is responsible for disposing of all packaging including the pallet.
Checking for Damages
Please inspect your goods upon receiving your delivery.
If damages are found these need to be reported straight away before the driver leaves. damage reports after the driver has left will incur a £60 collection fee.
Cancellations and Re-delivery
If a delivery is refused without a valid reason a redelivery charge of £60 per pallet will apply. This is our standard charge for additional deliveries.
If you cancel your order after it has been dispatched , you will receive a refund minus the cost of the delivery.
